Sanders Digital Solutions LLC is an authorized dealer for AT&T, EarthLink, and DirecTV, serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania under the Bucks County Internet brand. Currently, we connect customers directly to these providers at the same pricing they would receive by calling the provider themselves, with the added benefit of local, expert guidance throughout the process. Our plan is to grow large enough to be your supplier and make overseas call centers and AI gate keepers obsolete by returning customer service to real human connection and to keep those call centers local to the people who reach out to them.

Most providers leave you to battle their automated phone systems alone. We change that. As an authorized agent for major brands like AT&T and Earthlink, we act as your personal tech concierge: We Answer: A local expert picks up the phone every time. We Solve: We handle every issue we are authorized to fix immediately. We Advocate: If the issue requires the ISP’s corporate team, we do the waiting for you. Our Future: Building the Backbone of PA. While we currently provide world-class internet solutions through our partners, our vision is much larger. We are working toward a future where we own the infrastructure—installing our own local fiber lines across Bucks and Montgomery County and offering wireless internet services to those we cant get fiber to and to those who prefer it over fiber. Our goal is to become the largest provider in the region while remaining the smallest in terms of the distance between you and a real human voice.

In February of 2026 I hit a wall that I couldn't figure out how to get past. I spent weeks trying to do something simple: get a tablet connect to service so my daughter could watch Netflix in the car on long drives. Instead of help, I got a loop. I spent five to eight minutes at a time arguing with an AI that was programmed to keep me away from a real person. When I finally reached a human, they were thousands of miles away in an overseas call center, reading from a script that didn't account for my reality with barely a basic understanding of the language I spoke. Two hours on my first call turned into two more on the next call. Four hours turned into three weeks of unresolved frustration.

I realized then that these multi-billion dollar ISPs dont care about us as customers, they only care about how much profit they can squeeze from every consumer. They’ve replaced human empathy with algorithms and local expertise with outsourced scripts. I didn't start Sanders Digital Solutions LLC to sell internet. I started it to wage war on the AI and overseas corporate culture of modern business. We are a local dealership with a single mission: The permanent end to AI and overseas customer service. The Concierge Factor: After signing up for service through Sanders Digital Solutions LLC, If your provider has a problem we can't fix directly, we will take the hit for you. After you have told us about the problem you have and the solution you expect we will end the call with you and start the call with the service provider and argue with the AI on your behalf then sit on hold with their corporate office, navigate their menus, and call you back once a real human is ready to talk fully informed about your problem and the solution you expect.

Local Blood, Local Fiber: Our dream is to lay our own fiber through the soil of Bucks and Montgomery Counties and have a fully capable local customer service call center dedicated to your satisfaction.
