No. There is no fee to work with us. We are compensated by the providers when a customer signs up for service through us, but this never affects the pricing you receive. You will pay the same rate as if you called AT&T or EarthLink directly — with the added benefit of having an expert walk you through everything first.

We are an authorized dealer for AT&T (fiber internet, 5G wireless home internet, and mobile wireless), EarthLink (fiber internet and 5G wireless home internet), and DirecTV (satellite and streaming TV). We can compare all available options at your specific address in a single conversation.
Availability depends on your specific address. Generally, AT&T Fiber, AT&T Internet Air (5G wireless), EarthLink Fiber, and EarthLink 5G are the primary residential options we offer. AT&T Fiber plans start at $55/mo (300 Mbps) and go up to $155/mo (5 Gig). EarthLink Fiber starts at $39.95/mo with current promotions. When you call us, we confirm exactly which plans are available at your address.
This is one of the most important questions, and one we always answer proactively. We show you the promotional rate, the standard rate that kicks in after the promotional period, which discounts (like AutoPay and Paperless Billing) are ongoing, and which are one-time. There will be no surprises on your bill after working with us.
Most AT&T plans offer $10/mo off with AutoPay and Paperless Billing (with a bank account or debit card; $5/mo with a credit card). Bundling AT&T internet with an eligible AT&T wireless plan saves you 20% each month. New customers on certain AT&T plans qualify for $15/mo off for 12 months (through June 30, 2026). Seniors, military, and low-income households may qualify for additional discounts. We review all options with you during your call.
Most AT&T fiber and EarthLink plans are now month-to-month with no annual contract and no early termination fee. Some EarthLink promotional rates may require a 12-month commitment. DirecTV terms vary. We always disclose the full contract terms clearly before you sign up.
AT&T Fiber plans include a Wi-Fi gateway at no additional cost. AT&T Internet Air includes a self-install gateway. EarthLink plans may include equipment or charge a monthly rental fee depending on the plan. We review equipment requirements and costs with you during your consultation.
AT&T Fiber installation typically requires a technician visit and is scheduled within 5–10 business days. AT&T Internet Air and EarthLink 5G are self-install and can be up and running within days of ordering. We help coordinate the installation scheduling as part of the signup process.
Yes. If you have a personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook), you keep it — it is not tied to your internet provider. If you are switching wireless carriers to AT&T, we walk you through the number porting process, which preserves your current phone number.
You call us first. Richard is available by phone during business hours and will either resolve your issue directly or contact the provider on your behalf. You are not left navigating a corporate call center on your own.
If you refer a friend or neighbor who signs up for service through us, and both accounts make 3 consecutive on-time monthly payments, you both receive a $50 Visa gift card. There is no limit to how many people you can refer. The gift card is issued after the third qualifying payment from the referred account.
